Fanshawe Sponsorship For New Opening Night

Savour Stratford is a celebration of authentic cuisine, uniting Perth County and surrounding areas to enjoy all that Ontario producers and chefs have to offer. For the Opening Night of the Culinary Festival, Savour Stratford, in partnership with Fanshawe College, will convert Veterans Drive into an eclectic marketplace where Fanshawe students will demonstrate their cooking expertise in multiple tasting booths and fill the air with music at the Bandshell.

Enjoy mini beef short rib sandwiches, pulled Perth County pork, smoked salmon, potato latkes and more, served by the chefs and students from the faculty of Tourism and Hospitality. The music of Chasing Down by Fanshawe Music Industry Arts students will provide entertainment as you enjoy the array of activities on offer.

The Opening night is free for everyone to attend. Face painting, cotton candy, popcorn, live entertainment?all the fixings of a festival that everyone can enjoy. Tickets will be sold for you to try the delicious assortments of food presented by the Fanshawe students.
