I stayed at a local Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) with my husband for our anniversary. The Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) wasn?t cheap, but it wasn?t expensive either. The Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) was just right in-between cost-wise. It was one of the great options we chose for our anniversary stay.

The Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) was actually a really old house, well more like a mansion, that had once been a restaurant, but later restored to a Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns). I had never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns). Normally when going out or traveling we?ve always stayed in a hotel which is nice, but the options at a local Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) seemed better so we tried it. And we?ve been back again because the Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) was such a great experience.

The Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) had theme rooms which was totally fun! We had a guide that showed us around to our room and said we could look at the other rooms that weren?t being stayed in which we did. The Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) had three floors in this old, antique mansion. Each room of the Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) had its own style and we had so much fun staying in two of the room options in the last few years.

One of my favorite things about this Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) was how personal it was and it felt like we had gone back in time. In the morning, the manager?s wife made us and all of the other residents staying the night before, breakfast! I really felt like I had gone back in time during our night stay at this Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns)! The breakfast was wonderful and it was nice to greet and meet each guest and ask where they were traveling from, or what their special occasion was to stop at the Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns). This by far, was better than any hotel I had stayed at because of the personal breakfast time we had with the other guest(s) and for the personal breakfast that was made for us. We felt like honored guest(s) and that the accommodation made for us and each guest was genuine.

Even though I felt that we had gone back in time at this Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) because of the feel of the mansion and the breakfast, the accommodation(s) however were not old or antique. The beds and jetted tubs were up-to-date and very comfortable, similar to what you would find in a very nice hotel, not cheap hotels or old hotels.

I think next time I travel I want to explore other breakfast inns or Bed and Breakfast inns where we can meet other travelers of course meet the people of the area who make the breakfast and treat their guest(s) with similar genuineness.

Thinking back on my travels to Mexico, I do remember staying at a type of Bed and Breakfast hotel, much bigger than the above Bed and Breakfast (breakfast inns) mansion of course. This time, I was traveling with a tour group of guest(s) that needed a lot of hotel accommodation(s). However, I do remember a breakfast made for us as house guest(s) and it was more of a Bed and Breakfast than the hotels I?ve stayed in with Continental breakfast only.
